By accessing or using GuzoHomes ("the Platform"), operated at guzohomes.com and via our Telegram Bot @GuzoHomesbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

GuzoHomes is a technology platform that connects property buyers, renters, sellers, and agents in Ethiopia. We are not a real estate agency. We do not own, manage, buy, sell, or rent properties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any listing on our platform.

All property transactions are between the parties involved. GuzoHomes facilitates connections — nothing more.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use GuzoHomes
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your login credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without our consent

• Listers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property information, including price, location, description, and photos
• GuzoHomes does not verify property ownership, legal status, or physical condition
• We reserve the right to remove listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or violate our policies
• Listings may be displayed on our website, Telegram bot, and partner channels

The GuzoHomes name, logo, design, and technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform's code, design, or content without written permission. Content you post (listings, photos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on our platform and related channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GuzoHomes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses arising from property transactions facilitated through our platform
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users, agents, or property listers
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuzoHomes, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
