You can list your property for free! Go to the "List Property" page, create an account, and fill in your property details. You can also list via our Telegram bot by messaging @GuzoHomesbot with /start list.
Yes, basic listings are free. We may offer premium listing features in the future for enhanced visibility, but standard listings will always be free.
During beta, submitting a listing does not make it verified. A verification badge should appear only after GuzoHomes completes the corresponding identity and listing checks.

Ethiopian bank mortgage rates currently range from 14.5% to 16% annually. Most banks require 20-40% down payment with terms up to 15-20 years. Use our mortgage calculator for estimates.
Most banks offer 60-70% LTV, meaning you'll need 30-40% as a down payment. Commercial Bank of Ethiopia offers up to 70% LTV with the longest terms.

Diaspora Specific
Special guidance for Ethiopian diaspora property buyers
Not necessarily. Many purchases can be completed remotely with a power of attorney. However, we recommend at least one visit for property inspection. Our agents can arrange virtual tours as well.
Property prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), but some developers accept USD for diaspora buyers. We display USD estimates on listings for your convenience.
