Verified Listings (Alpha) Most Ethiopian real estate platforms publish whatever gets submitted. GuzoHomes is building something different — a verification layer that confirms pricing, availability, and developer information before a listing goes live. We are in alpha stage, actively developing and testing this process. The standard does not exist yet in Ethiopian real estate. We are creating it.
