By using GuzoHomes, users agree to provide truthful listing information, avoid fraud, and respect platform rules.
We may remove misleading listings, suspend abusive accounts, and restrict access for policy violations.
GuzoHomes acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee property quality or transaction outcomes. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.

GuzoHomes is committed to protecting your personal data. We comply with Ethiopian data protection laws and international best practices.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Data retention: We retain your data only as long as needed to provide our services. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 2 years.

User Content Policy
This applies to all user-generated content: listing text, captions, inquiry messages, profile info, comments, and uploaded media. Content must be relevant to real-estate activity, accurate, and lawful.
- No impersonation, fraud, or fake listings.
- No hate, harassment, explicit sexual content, or violent threats.
- No unrelated promotional spam.
Photo Policy
Uploaded photos must be relevant to the property. Inappropriate or unrelated photos may be rejected or reviewed.
Allowed: Interior, exterior, compound, amenities, floor plans.
Rejected: Explicit, violent, unrelated selfies, memes, unrelated documents, deceptive edits.
Safety & Abuse Enforcement
We take safety seriously. Our enforcement escalation:
- First serious violation: Warning.
- Repeated violations: 24-hour upload/publish lock.
- Persistent violations: 7-day restriction and manual review.
